Switch/Change Programs (MOBILE WEB)

There are two options to "Switch" HYBRID Strength Coach programs. Please read below.

The first option is to cancel your current subscription and then subscribe to your new program. This option is an immediate change, you will make a payment at that time and your billing cycle will be reset. Example: today is the 10th of the month; billing date is the 22nd of the month; I cancel current subscription and purchase new subscription today; I pay $40 today and new billing date is now the 10th of each month; new program starts immediately.

The second option is to use the "Switch Programs" feature. This option schedules your programs to change on your next upcoming billing date, and your billing cycle remains the same. Example: it is currently the 10th of the month; billing date is the 22nd of the month; program will change/start on the 22nd; billing cycle remains on the 22nd of the month.

OPTION ONE - Immediate Cancel & Change

1) Login to your https://hybridstrengthcoach.com account. Tap the three stacked lines in the top left corner of the page. Enter your login credentials and tap the blue "Sign In" button (your HYBRID Strength Coach web account uses the same login credentials as your app).

2) Tap the three stacked lines in the top left corner and tap "Account".

3) Stay on the "BILLING" page and scroll down until you see your current active subscription. Tap "Cancel" to the right of the subscription you would like to cancel.

4) Tap the yellow "Cancel Subscription" button, fill out the two-question exit survey and tap the blue "Confirm Cancellation" button.

5) Your canceled program will now say "Resume" underneath the price until your original billing date has passed. Don't worry, it is canceled and you will not be billed again! (With a regular cancellation this "inactive period" allows you to resume the subscription within your billing period without paying again. It will move to the "Canceled" status once your original billing date has passed.)

6) To start your new subscription immediately, tap the three stacked lines in the top left corner and then tap "Program Store".

7) Scroll through the store, select the new program and add it to your cart. Go to your cart and follow the prompts to checkout - ALL DONE!

OPTION 2 - Switch on Billing Date

1) Follow steps 1 - 3 from option one.

4) Select the "Switch Programs" button.

5) Select the new program you would like to switch to from the list, tap the yellow "Next" button.

6) You will see the OLD program that you are switching from at the top, and your NEW future program beneath it - please make sure you have selected the correct program before proceeding! Check-off the box that you acknowledge your programs will switch on your next billing date. Tap the yellow "Confirm" button.

7) Your current program is now scheduled to cancel, and new program is scheduled to begin, on your next upcoming billing date - ALL DONE!
