How much is HYBRID Nutrition Coaching?

HYBRID Nutrition is a 1-on-1 personalized nutrition coaching service requiring a minimum 3 month commitment. Our nutrition coaching services are $150.00 per month. 6 and 12 month up front commitments are available at a discounted rate.

How does HYBRID Nutrition Coaching work?

HYBRID Nutrition uses a flexible dieting approach that allows you to choose what and when you eat. Your coach will teach you how to make smart food choices, allow you the flexibility to incorporate your favorite foods, and help you master the skills needed to handle whatever life throws at you.

You will work with one of our experienced nutrition coaches who tailors their approach to meet your specific needs. Each week, you use our online platform to log your data, track your goals, and check-in with your coach. Based on your needs and progress, your coach will make adjustments to your plan and help you navigate the HYBRID lifestyle. You will also gain access to our private HYBRID Nutrition Facebook group where you can ask questions and connect with fellow members of HYBRID Nutrition.

What’s included with the nutrition subscription?

With HYBRID Nutrition you get real results and the education needed to sustain them. You will get the following…

100% Individualized Nutrition Plan: Whether you’re just starting your nutrition journey or you’re an experienced lifter ready to dial in nutrition or anywhere in between, your coach will design a plan unique to you.

A Dedicated Coach: Your coach is committed to your success. Based on your needs and progress, your coach will make achievable adjustments to your program each week. Your coach is just an email away and ready to support you as needed. You will also be able to connect with your coach and the community in the private Facebook group.

Weekly Check-ins: Each week you will prepare to check in with your coach by uploading your progress photos, key measurements, and notes to let your coach know how you've been doing so they can properly assess your progress and make adjustments to your plan. You and your coach will have access to your stats and trendlines to help visualize your progress.

Supportive Community: The TEAM HYBRID Nutrition community is full of the strongest, most supportive lifters you will meet! Along with our coaches, the community here shares tips, recipes, and habit-based ideas to support you on your nutrition journey.

How long does it take to see results?

Your plan and your results will be completely custom to your specific needs. You and your coach will develop a plan that has you feeling and looking your best no time at all.

Do I have to be an elite athlete to join the team and get coached?

You absolutely don't need to be an elite athlete or even an athlete to join the team. We have worked with thousands of beginners, real normal people, from all over the world. Whether you’re just starting your nutrition journey or you’re an experienced lifter ready to dial in nutrition — or anywhere in between — your coach will design a plan unique to you.

How do I access my nutrition program?

Go to https://app.hybridperformancemethod.com/ and make a profile. Select Nutrition from https://app.hybridperformancemethod.com/store. Purchase your Nutrition Coaching with your preferred payment plan. Complete your profile and your coach will be in touch ASAP!

Can I lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

Yes! We call that “re-compositioning” and it happens all the time. It's often the case that you don't see much of a change on the scale, but you see a big change in the mirror. Normally, the newer you are to training and nutrition, the heavier you are, or the longer a break you have taken before getting back to training, the easier it is to gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously. We’re here to give you the tools, you need to experience the magic.

Is training included?

HYBRID Training is not included. If you are looking for training to compliment your nutrition, visit https://hybridstrengthcoach.com/programs to learn more about our programs. When you join HYBRID Strength Coach, you also gain access to the corresponding private Discord training channel. There you will find tips, resources, post form check videos for feedback from your HYBRID Coaches, post for the HYBRID Doctors' advice regarding pain/injury inquiries, and hang with all your fellow HYBRID team members and athletes!
